Forest

A bookshelf built of a forest of supports of different widths and depths. All of the supports have a standard 9cm2 cross-section, so the wider supports are shallower in depth, and vice versa. As a result, the bookshelf is like a forest full of trees at different stages of growth, in which books and objects can wander like animals between the trees, seeking shelter in different places and directions.
